We are open and taking precautionary measures to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy. When you drop your vacuum off for service please leave the unit by the door and a staff member will be right out to help you. We are bagging each vacuum in a sanitized bag before bringing it into the store. We ask for your patience as repairs are taking longer due to an increase in demand and the amount of time it takes to safely clean. However if you are uncomfortable visiting public places or feeling unwell, we want you to know that we are still here to help. We can take phone orders and load them into your vehicle curbside at our stores. You can also shop online on our website, thevacuumguru.com/shop.
If it is time for a new vacuum, please come in for a demonstration of our floor models. We are sanitizing each unit after use and have hand sanitizer and a hand washing station available. We have all new models, which we can assemble or leave in a box to go home with you, guaranteeing a safe experience while in our store. If you’re feeling uncomfortable coming out in public in general, we are taking appointments for virtual demonstrations and offering free home delivery within a 15 mile radius of the store.
We have reduced our hours to give our staff a well-deserved break and will be open Monday through Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM and Closed on Sunday. If you need a later appointment, please call and arrange a time for a demonstration after hours and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for your continued patronage and support. The economic impact ahead may be massive, but we can certainly support one another by shopping locally and shopping small. It may be easier to hit up Amazon and the big-box retailers, but our local shops and employees need our solidarity. We’re all in this together.
