Return or Exchange Policy
All returns must include the original receipt and packaging including the box, owner’s manual, and warranty documentation as provided.
Returns conducted within 14 days after purchase or delivery meeting this criteria are eligible for exchange, credit toward new merchandise, or a complete refund returned in the form of payment rendered.
Returns conducted in 15 to 30 days after purchase or delivery are eligible for exchange or credit toward merchandise.
If returning merchandise purchased online, a return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a complete refund or 15 to 30 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange or credit toward merchandise. Vacuums & More is not responsible for return freight on non-defective/non-warranty returns. Returns must include shipping box and proper packing in a manner reasonably similar to the original shipment from our warehouse.
Any factory defect reported within the first 30 days will be exchanged for a new machine. Every vacuum and specialty cleaner is inspected and tested from factory before being shipped. If we miss something, let us know and we will arrange for the return and send you a new one, all on us.
After 30 days all sales are final, but all issues will be addressed and given personal attention on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with our products and our service. Please communicate with us and let us know how we can help.

We use UPS Ground to ship orders. Customers will receive a tracking number when their order has been shipped. Orders placed will be filled and shipped within 48 hours of orders. For questions or concerns about your order, please contact our store.
Purchased vacuums online receive the same warranty as vacuums purchased in-store. For questions about a specific make or model, please contact us to better understand how each warranty works.
What to expect when ordering online?
Orders placed online will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Once the order has shipped, your order number will be updated with a tracking number on your invoice online.
What is the transaction fee?
We sell the majority of our inventory in one of our store locations. We charge a small fee for online transactions. For questions, please contact our store.
At Vacuums & More and theVacuumGuru.com we will honor the manufacturer’s limited and extended warranty on any purchase. Many of our machines are covered for 5 years or more of free extended warranty. We are also authorized warranty repair centers for Riccar, Miele, Beam, Lindhaus, Electrolux Central Vacuums, and IQ Air purifiers.
Vacuums & More and theVacuumGuru.com provides any and all parts needed to complete the warranty repair at absolutely no charge to our customers during the warranty coverage. We also provide the necessary labor at our retail centers. If you are not near one of our retail centers, because you purchased from an authorized on-line dealer, our manufactures have local dealers that should be able to help.
You also have access to Guru troubleshooting in store, by phone, or online via skype and facetime. Warranty claims can be processed through troubleshooting communication and shipped directly to you. When they arrive, we can help walk you through installation.
TheVacuumGuru.com will cover the shipping costs of warranty claims filed within the first (1st) year of limited warranty on all online purchases. After one (1) year the purchaser will be billed for shipping costs on extended warranty part claims. Items purchased in-store are not eligible for free warranty claim shipping.
